Eli started out as a developer and grew into overall responsibility for operations in IT services. He helps organisations change the way they work and deliver, and gets managers working together towards a shared goal. He likes to be hands-on: he uses AI every day and builds prototypes himself to make a problem concrete.

Rosy started out as a developer and built her career in the data world: analysis, business intelligence, data warehouses, data architecture and data governance, for companies, government and education. Today she is also a stress and NLP coach. She helps people and teams towards more calm, resilience and clear goals, with loving challenge and a healthy dose of humour.
